Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for Venom VPN subscriptions.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer, to a first-time purchase only.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@venomvpn.app with the email address used at checkout and the order reference from your payment confirmation. We aim to process eligible refund requests within 3 business days.

3. Renewals

The 7-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent renewal payments (for quarterly or yearly plans, or automatic monthly renewals) are not covered by this guarantee — please cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor (currently Gumroad), and may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of this policy, including repeated subscribe-refund cycles by the same customer.
