Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Venom VPN ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and VPN service, and how we handle it.

1. What we collect

When you purchase a subscription, our payment processor (currently Gumroad) collects your email address and payment details to process the transaction. We receive your email address and subscription status from the processor so we can provision your VPN access — we do not receive or store your full payment card details; those are handled entirely by the payment processor under its own privacy policy.

2. No-logs policy for VPN traffic

We do not log, monitor, or store records of your VPN connection activity — the websites or services you access, your browsing history, DNS queries, or connection timestamps tied to your online activity. Our service is built specifically so that this data is never recorded in the first place.

3. What we use your data for

4. Data retention

We retain your email address and subscription status for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support requests, refunds, and legal requirements. VPN connection logs, as noted above, are not retained because they are not recorded.

5. Third parties

We share the minimum necessary data with our payment processor to process transactions. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share your data with advertisers.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
